The “Unholy” singer also noted that, in the end, gender isn’t always a factor in the decisions she and other people make.

“I constantly make an effort to keep in mind that nothing I do is ever about being transgender. It’s a piece of who I am, but there are so many more. And I feel like it’s crucial for me to demonstrate it to others”, she continued. “It’s about what you make of life and what’s inside of you, regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, or anything else, so I hope that can be inspirational to people”.
